EULA - End User License Agreement

End User License Agreement

This legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and DownloadSpanish.com, is for Lesson1 and all of its associated files ("Software"). The term "Software" shall also include any upgrades, modified versions, updates, additions, and copies of the Software licensed to you by DownloadSpanish.com. DownloadSpanish.com grants to you a nonexclusive license to use the Software, provided that you agree to the following:

1. RESPONSIBLITY FOR SELECTION AND USE
You assume full responsibility for the selection of the Software to achieve your intended results and for the installation, use and results obtained from using the Software.

2. ALLOWED USE
(a) The Software may be installed on a computer, by saving a copy of the files provided on your local storage unit.
(b) Any number of archival backup copies of the Software may be made, provided that they are not installed or used on any computer.

3. RESTRICTIONS
(a) The Software may not be installed on a network server.
(b) The installed Software may not be accessed via a network.
(c) Concurrent use of the Software is limited to the number of users indicated by the purchased license.
(d) You may not sell, rent or lease the Software.
(e) You may not modify or adapt the Software in whole or in part including but not limited to translating or creating derivative works.
(f) You may not disassemble or reverse compile for the purpose of reverse engineering the Software.

4. TRIAL VERSION
This software is feature-limited, there are some areas or sections free to try without restriction and others need the purchase of a registration key to be unlocked and fully functional. All disclaimers or warranties and limitations of liability set forth in this Agreement shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

5. LIMITED WARRANTY
(a) DownloadSpanish.com is providing this Software on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind.
(b) DOWNLOADSPANISH.COM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OR MERCHANTABLE QUALITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND THOSE ARISING BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE IN LAW OR FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

6. LIMITATIONS OF REMEDIES AND LIABILITY
(a) IN NO EVENT WILL DOWNLOADSPANISH.COM OR ITS DIRECT OR INDIRECT SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF DOWNLOADSPANISH.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
(b) In particular, DownloadSpanish.com and its suppliers are not responsible for any costs including, without limitation, loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, the cost of recovering such information, the cost of substitute Software, or claims by third parties.

7. NO REFUNDS
The user is able to try the look and feel of the software before it buys the registration key. Once you have purchased the registration key, we will not refund totally nor partially the amount paid for the registration key.
